Terms of Use

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This is a free personal project, not a company or a paid service. These terms are meant to be short and honest about what that means. By using the app, you agree to them.

What this is

A to-do list and calendar tool that runs entirely in your browser. There's no account system beyond the optional Google sign-in for sync, no payment, and no company behind it, just one developer.

Your data

Covered in the Privacy Policy. Short version: your data stays in your browser and, if you turn sync on, in your own Google Drive. Nobody else can see it.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, with no guarantee it will always work, stay available, or be free of bugs. Browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, or your OS without warning, and sync depends on Google's services staying up. Don't rely on this as your only copy of anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to attack, overload, or interfere with its operation or with Google's services, and don't attempt to extract, redistribute, or reuse the underlying code (see Ownership below).

Ownership

All code and content is Copyright © 2026 Jack Spollen. All rights reserved. Using the live site doesn't grant you any license to copy, modify, or redistribute the code itself.

No liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any damages or losses, including lost data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always lives at this page.

Availability

Access to the app may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time, for any reason, without notice, since it's provided free with no guaranteed uptime.
